Retail Manager (HK) - Local company

Our client is a local company , due to their rapid expansion, they are now seeking for a high caliber to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise & maintain and monitor performance of daily operation of the Sales team in Hong Kong
• Planning, develop and implement retail strategy and analyses the sales result
• Train, coach and supervise the team
• Work closely with internal department to drive different KPI

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in sales and operations in fast moving retail industry
• Degree holder is a MUST
• Managing larget scale of retail experience is a MUST
• Self-motivated, independent, result oriented
• Good command of English and Cantonese
