Retail Manager (HK) - Beauty/Skincare brand

Our client is a beauty/skincare brand, due to their rapid expansion, they are now seeking for a high caliber to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Supervise & maintain daily operation of the Sales team in Hong Kong & Macau
• Planning, develop and implement retail strategy and analyses the sales result
• Train, coach and supervise the team to achieve sales target
• Monitor sales performance, sales forecasting
• Work closely with internal department to drive sales

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in sales and operations in retail industry
• Beauty/skincare/luxury experience is a MUST
• Self-motivated, independent, result oriented
• Good command of English and Cantonese
