Job Description

Job functions:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in managing retail system especially on POS & CRM system across retail stores
  • Providing L1 & L2 support for retail business
  • Identify and analyse application request from various stakeholders. Key person to negotiate with external vendors on escalated issues.
  • Collaborate closely with business counterparts in managing roll-out projects, training and providing user's support
  • Work closely with external vendors on system enhancement and project management

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 2 years working experience on application management
  • Strong exposure on retail systems especially on POS & CRM system
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
