工作内容
The individual is expected to support APAC Retail Systems Operations with strong integrity and passions in details. The activities are including Warehouse/Asset Management, Reporting Capabilities Set Up and RMA process for Apple Stores. The details are listed as followed:
1.Warehouse Management/Operation:
Execute warehouse related project
Receiving, storing, configuring, packing, shipping and scraping/recycling and etc, all the inventory management activities in Retail IST warehouse.
Update system of records to ensure all warehouse activities has been recorded accurately and timely.
Asset procurement process and work with Finance to ensure accounting compliance.
Communication with all relevant stakeholder on any changes or issues.
2.Set up reporting capabilities on warehouse activities for timely visibility. Strong Excel (i.e. Macro) or BI Visualisation tools (i.e. Tableau) skill will be favourable.
3.Hardware configuration/Distribution- Staging and shipping hardware for store opening or remodelling, assisting on hardware deployment for new project and initiative, and co-oridinate repair/replacements process with Apple Stores and vendors. Devices in scope, Printer, POS, Cash Drawer/Cash Drawer Module, Scanners, TOTP cards/RFID(Consumable parts),iOSdm Server, Estimote Beacons.
4.Basic trouble shooting on above devices and oversee the problem solving process with global team to triangulate the root cause.

The individual is required to have fluent written/speaking skills in English and Mandarin.
Experience Requirement:
1-3 year related work experience
