Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

1、 对全国终端销售数据进行收集统计,及时分析各类销售运营数据;

Collect and establish national offline store database, provide timely analysis of the sales and operation data.

2、 完成各种零售数据报表,并对各项数据进行分析整理及各种数据的汇总工作,核对相关数据,定期总结并制作运营分析报告;深入理解零售布局管理方向和战略,通过数据提取分析,为运营管理提供决策支持。

Efficiently finish and maintain all kinds of retail data reports. In-deth understanding of retail strategy and developmental direction, through data extraction and analysis, to provide decision support for retail upgrade.

3、 协助零售经理执行线下渠道活动的落地实施(店铺促销、形象升级、路演、培训、会议等),包括物料设计制作,策划,安排等,沟通相关人员、协调相关资源,做好安排和调度工作。

Support retail manager to execute the activities(promotion, store upgrade, road show, training, sales meeting)effectively with good communication and proper guidance, including planning, deploy, tracking and evaluation.

4、 协助零售经理对各个渠道活动进行项目执行监控及每项活动执行效果评估。

Monitoring and tracking all retail support activities, provides analysis of the results (ROI).

5、 定期拜访零售店铺,完成巡店报告,了解渠道需求并确保店铺的形象、运营及产品出样等符合品牌执行要求。

Regular stores visit, provide cruise report,understand the market and dealers needs to make sure product best facing QTY, store image, operation and position.

6、 根据不同零售门店产品结构及季节性的渠道市场活动制定相应的陈列方案及陈列指导手册。

Develop visual layouts and VM guideline that will drive the sales within each category and ensure that the in-store product strategy is understood.

7、 设计、建立、开发陈列道具并实施店铺员工陈列知识及技能培训课程体系。

Be responsible for the development and the implement of all aspects of the in-store visuals, provide knowledge transfer and coaching support to dealer-retail team about the VM display and updated visual message.

8、 协调销售及市场要求,根据品牌定位、产品卖点、平台活动机制等,制定对应的平台营销及内容推广策略,并对投放的内容(图文、直播、短视频)进行审核及不断优化。

Work with sales and marketing team, develop corresponding platform channel marketing and content promotion strategies. Also review and keep optimizing the released content (graphic, live broadcast, short video) according to brand positioning, product selling points and platform activity mechanism.

9、 调研目前全国的核心商圈及商圈布局,定期发布零售空白市场及进驻计划并协助零售经理完成招商手册

Investigate the core business circle and commercial layout of the country, regular release market blank spot and assist retail manager to complete the merchants manual.

10、 完成上级分配的其他任务

Other job-related work assigned by Retail manager.

职位要求 Qualifications


1. 本科学历以上,具有3-5年以上零售运营、活动执行及通路营销相关工作经验

Bachelor’s degree or above,at least 3-5 years experience in retail or trade marketing related roles.

2. 掌握色彩知识,熟悉消费品视觉营销及陈列展示技能经验。

Master color knowledge, proficient in visual marketing, visual image creative ability and basic display skills.

3. 熟练应用Excel、PPT等办公软件,具备很强的数据分析能力及文字表达能力

100% Microsoft Office Literate (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook), Strong analytical skills required.

4. 善于捕捉新鲜资讯,并能够与工作结合,提出适应渠道的运营及活动方案

Understand the trend strategy and competitors in the market, come up with the idea and ensure this is delivered into store effectively

5. 工作认真细致,逻辑性强,学习能力强且具备执行力

Logical mind set and detail-oriented, quick learner and strong execution

6. 良好的自我驱动力和沟通协调能力,能够承担较强压力

Self-motivated and “can-do” attitude, strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to work under pressure.

7. 具备一定英语沟通能力者优先

Can read and write in English. Spoken English skill is preferred
