Maximize sales and full-price sell-thru to meet or exceed established targets (monthly, seasonally, annually)
Motivate and lead retail store teams to achieve personal sales goals and customer experience targets
Stablish and manage against relevant store & associate KPI targets, including customer acquisition and retention
Align with buying team on market specific product assortments and needs
Partner with Retail Marketing and Events Team to build brand profile at the local level, build market relevance, and grow market share
Recruit, train, and retain top tier talent and brand ambassadors
Lead Regional Managers and sales team service standards
Build and develop in-store experience, clientele strategy, and after-sale follow-up & scorecard
Expand selling and service culture to be commensurate with quality of design and craftsmanship of our product
Build rewards and recognition strategy for seasonal and annual performance
理想的求职者
Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum of ten years of store management experience in a premium to luxury womenswear environment
Minimum of five years of experience in leading retail managers and senior sales teams with client driven initiatives
Hands on, motivated, and proactive style of leadership
Proven track record for meeting sales and service goals in a consistent manner
Fluent english
