Mission of the position
Responsible for coordination, implementation, management and evaluation of all aspects of the Retail Campus Training programs in the China.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Fully responsible for classroom training activities, including all Dolce& Gabbana internal training modules.
Collaboration with HR for new staff orientation
For each month, the coaching key topics will be shared by training manager after aligned with retail side. Using one-to-one approach or mini training to follow up all training activities and monitor the learning process. Walk through trainer checklist to check related operation standard and training tools.
Responsible for e-learning project launching in respective stores.
Support respective mentors in these stores.
Track & analyze Retail Training Requirements & In-store training activities.
Plan, Budget, & Coordinate Training Events (supported by Retail Campus).
Support store employees in their quality of product knowledge. Follow up and make sure good progress.
Support retail meeting.
Work with Retail manager, Retail Campus and HR to adapt and roll-out global retail training concepts and projects.
Work with Retail manager and the Retail Campus to develop & implement specific training contents.
Follow-Up on Training (participant feedback and next steps).
Support store & retail for event and special occasion.
Job Qualifications & Specifications
- University Degree or above
At least 5 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in Luxury/fashion-related brand·
- Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication·
- Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Positive attitude and good energy
- Can work on all levels of organization.
- Must be able to have flexibility under scrutiny and open to constructive feedback.
