ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage and supervisor the store project
1. Store site visit and provide the concept sketch.
2. Project coordination with relevant parts.
3. Construction controlling on cost, quality and schedule.
4. Furniture production and installation management.
- Design management
1. Study and follow the brand’s retail strategy and design guidance.
2. Design guide booklet build-up and update.
3. Sourcing and training qualified design supplier.
- Construction supplier management
1. Sourcing and valuating qualified construction supplier.
2. Training the supplier according to the brand’s request
3. Project maintenance
- Furniture development
1. Improve the furniture, referring to the user feedback.
2. Economize the furniture cost by supplier sourcing.
REQUIREMENTS
- English oral and written.
- 3 years work experience of architectural project relative
- University or College Degree of Design/Architecture.
- Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Photoshop.
- Good communication skill.
- Well organization.
- Positive and willing to travel
