Job Description
岗位描述:
1.确保餐厅按照标准流程进行前场开档
2.协助餐厅训练师培训新员工包括见习经理,及指导公司的现有各团队成员达到标准
3.向餐厅经理汇报所有培训完成后尚未达标的餐厅前厅规范,特别是食品安全和质量规范
4.使用适当的工具和设备,为餐厅前厅团队的培训提供支持
5.确保所有餐厅前厅运营系统和流程的有效执行,并且所有员工循规操作,以达到公司要求
6.执行确保所有交易数据根据公司相关规定记入收银系统
7.在经理需要时为其准备餐厅前厅团队班表和清洁计划表
8.协助餐厅助理经理每周/月准时进行库存盘点
9.正确处理客户的特殊要求和初级客户投诉,确保客户满意离开并愿意下次继续光临
10.协助餐厅助理经理进行资产管理,库存管理以及协助餐厅培训师进行岗位带训工作。同时完成相关归档等行政工作
11.执行餐厅市场促销活动
12.承担各项高级服务员的相关职责
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure opening shift according to the company standard - FOH set up
2.Assist Restaurant trainer to train new staffs, including trainee managers, and coaching current
team members to company Standard
3. By reporting to the manager regarding any front of house standards, especially food safety and quality
standards, that aren’t being met having completed the necessary training
4. By using the appropriate tools and equipment to support training for front of house team
5.By making sure FOH systems & processes are implemented, updated & followed by all team members to meet standards
6. Ensure that all transactions are inputted in POS systems in accordance with company policies
7. By preparing front of house team rotas and cleaning plan if requested by your manager
8. Assist AM to deliver weekly & monthly stock take on time
9. To be able to solve guests’ special requests and appropriately solve junior level complaints and ensure the
guests leaves the restaurant satisfied and looking forward to return
10.Assist AM to implement facility management,stock management , on job position training,and related document administration
11.Implement restaurant marketing promotion activity
12.By undertaking all accountabilities as detailed for Senior Waiters
岗位要求:
1. 有至少2年在西餐厅从事服务的经验;
2. 熟练掌握普通话;
3. 出色的个人卫生和自我呈现能力;
4. 具有风趣、诚实和勤奋的工作态度。
Job Requirements
1. At least 2yrs hospitality experience in a Western restaurant;
2. Good Mandarin;
3. Exceptional personal hygiene and self-presentation;
4. Fun, honest and hard-working attitude.
