Our 134 room hotel features our signature restaurant, Lombardi for which we are seeking a Restaurant and Bar Manager - a seasoned & passionate food and beverage service professional with a sound leadership pedigree, and a ton of energy.
As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the great reputation of Lombardi Restaurant, and by association Hotel St Moritz by:
- Managing the day to day food and beverage service function throughout our five star boutique hotel;
- In conjunction with the Executive Chef, delivering seasonal menus, conferencing, special occasions, room service and breakfast to the highest standard for our hotel guests;
- Manage the and guide your staff in their development and career;
- Take a hands on approach to the operation involving a high level of polished customer interaction that drives quality and loyalty
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years restaurant management experience;
- Experience in 5 star hotels;
- Proven ability in talent management;
- Competence in reporting & analysis;
- NZ Manager’s Licence Certificate;
- Knowledge of Simphony (or similar POS system);
- Superior NZ wine knowledge
