Resourcing & Relationship Officer (Job ID: 2413)

Responsibilities

To be a team member of Human Resources Department on contract for 1 year.

To conduct recruitment activities for IT positions within the Bank including candidate sourcing, resume/phone screening and ensure candidates match experience and specific IT requirements.

To utilize various sourcing methods and build candidate pipeline for IT positions.

To work closely with IT Department and understand their resourcing needs.

To manage all administrative details and eliminate non-value added activities relating to resourcing function.

To participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

University graduate in Information Technology, Human Resources Management or related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience as a researcher in recruitment function, preferably gained from IT/banking industry.

Knowledge of HR/IT recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to on-boarding is preferred.

Well-versed in employment related ordinances and regulations.

A good team player, proactive, mature and detail-minded.

Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage.
