Duties
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:
- developing learning and teaching materials at secondary level in Life and Society;
- summarizing the essentials of the course materials;
- providing succinct explanations of the materials;
- deliberating on the critical issues; and
- developing activities and assessments to enhance students’ learning experience.
Requirements
- a recognized degree, preferably a higher degree, in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Education;
- preference will be given to those with teaching experience in Life and Society (Secondary 1-3);
- excellent command of written Chinese and communication skills;
- proficient in computer skills (e.g. MS Office using Smart Art, Excel & Chinese Word Processing);
- strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to details and a positive attitude; and
- ability to work independently.
Terms of Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a freelance basis.
