Candidates should have

• a Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Vocational Training in Hong Kong / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University / Polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, with either
• at least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience, or
• 5 years of relevant experience as Resident Assistant Inspector of Works or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
