We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable to work full time to provide overall coordination and supervision work for the project of “Inland Revenue Tower” in Kai Tak New Development Area:-

Resident Architect

駐地盤建築師的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Architect shall be as follows:

(a) 申請人必須為香港建築師學會的正式會員或同等資格；及香港建築師註冊管理局的註冊建築師；及

Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent; and Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of Hong Kong; and

(b) 香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科中取獲2*級或以上成績或同等學歷。

Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[＊備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)中取獲E級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲二等成績。]

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

僱傭合約期為十二個月，暫定由二零二零年十一月開始，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。

Employment will be on a contract basis up to a period of 12 months commencing from November 2020 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
