Providing support to the Reservations department by accurately and efficiently receiving and processing guest reservations requests, whilst observing hotel policy and procedures for the property operations, and ensuring a timely response to all reservations enquiries.

Specific duties will include:

  • Process and input FIT reservations following hotel reservations policy
  • Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.
  • Assist with the input of group reservations rooming list
  • File processed reservations in the designated areas
  • Take personal responsibility to ensure that all enquiries are addressed.
  • Any other duties assigned by the manager 


Work Experience
  • Previous experience working with Opera in Front Office or Reservations is desirable.
  • You will need to be self-motivated, comfortable in working autonomously and managing your time effectively.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
