Providing support to the Reservations department by accurately and efficiently receiving and processing guest reservations requests, whilst observing hotel policy and procedures for the property operations, and ensuring a timely response to all reservations enquiries.
Specific duties will include:
- Process and input FIT reservations following hotel reservations policy
- Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.
- Assist with the input of group reservations rooming list
- File processed reservations in the designated areas
- Take personal responsibility to ensure that all enquiries are addressed.
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
Work Experience
- Previous experience working with Opera in Front Office or Reservations is desirable.
- You will need to be self-motivated, comfortable in working autonomously and managing your time effectively.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
