This is an exciting opportunity within the Accor hotels in Wellington, the role will see the individual working over multiple properties, brands and star ratings, Monday – Friday including some Saturday shifts. Reporting to the Reservations Manager and based at Ibis Wellington but working for the four Wellington hotels, Responsible for maximising room and rate yield at the hotel, ensuring a timely response to all reservations enquiries.

MISSION
Located in the heart of Wellington’s central business district, looking after multi Accor Properties & Working closely with the Revenue Team, you will be responsible for processing hotel reservations to ensure that hotel revenue opportunities are maximised at every stage.
Work Experience
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Front Office or Reservations background essential.
- Knowledge of Opera.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
- An excellent telephone manner with a pro-active selling approach and time management skills.
- A great personality, innovation and the ‘can do’ attitude will be the key to success in this busy role.
- Reliable and committed to the role long term.
- Be eligible / have valid working rights for New Zealand.
