With your passion for high end hospitality and superb eye for detail, you will take initiative to ensure that all of your interactions are positive and productive, as you provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all whom you encounter and seek out what more you can do to to delight our guests.
You will accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations, including group, and corporate reservations, ensuring a timely response to all reservations enquiries while maintaining a positive selling approach.
Through your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will ensure our guests experiences' begin in the most refined and professional way.
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year previous Reservation/Front Office experience. Five star luxury environment is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Opera or other booking system
- Passion for high end hospitality with an absolute eye for detail.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build warm relationships and gain trust at all levels.
- Has flexibility to meet hotel rostering needs with weekend and public holiday work.
