1) Participate in the company's technological research and development under the guidance of the head of the R&D department;

2) Technical feasibility demonstration and implementation of new products;

3) Master and track the technological development trends of international and domestic similar products, and propose research and development directions for new technologies and new products;

4) Technical improvement and process improvement to ensure the technical stability and advancement of the company's products;

5) Reduce product costs and improve product quality;

6) Technical support for marketing and sales, including but not limited to collating literature, clinical data, answering customers’ professional questions, etc.;

7) Draft applications for research projects;

【Job Requirements】

1) Master's (PhD) graduate student in biology or medicine related majors;

2) Good morality and originalism;

3) Good teamwork spirit, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently;

4) Strong executive ability and initiative.

5) Experience in oncology, immunology, molecular biology, and cell therapy is preferred;

6) Those who have SCI papers are preferred.

【Recruiting Procedure】

1.
