• Assist in research, including literature review, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordination of research projects, etc.
• Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation (case writing), class coordination and other logistic coordination.
• Assist in preparing grant applications and proposals;
• Assist in searching information related to industrial structure, industry development, as well as the history of economy and economic thoughts;
• Assist to contact and coordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives.
• General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Master student with research experience in strategy, international business, OB/ OT, entrepreneurship, economics, psychology, or sociology
• 1-2yrs related working experience in education or training and 1-2 publications preferred.
• Familiar with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis. With experiences in using quantitative analysis software such as Stata.
• Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups.
