Responsibilities:

? Develop new PV metallization pastes with differentiated performance for selected customers, understand the customers’ processes to develop customized solutions.

? Collaborate with application and technical service team to qualify the products at the customers.

? Develop innovative formulation ideas, demonstrate proof-of-concept by well-designed internal and external experiments, and develop fundamental understandings to key technical challenges and problems.

? Interact with customers periodically to understand customer’s technical needs and technical roadmaps to translate into R&D technical directions.

? Lead R&D projects and collaborate with different internal functional groups to accelerate product development and commercialization process.

? Work with technicians to develop experimental plans, collect and analyze data, and perform hands-on experiments.

? Ensure protection of intellectual properties and trade secrets

Qualifications:

? Ph.D in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, photovoltaics, semi-conductor devices or related fields

? At least 3 years work experience in formulations of thick-film pastes, coatings, and inks

? Knowledge and experience in metallization paste and screen printing is preferred

? Demonstrated strong ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English

? Strong team player

? Self-motivated in driving progress

? Results oriented with attention to detail
