Job Responsibilities

• Sprearhead research & development of new products, specifications, and processes
• Manage in daily operations of R&D work
• Manage to solve the problem on thin-film fabrication and measurement process
• Prepare the working plan, schedule, guildlines and report.

Job Requirements

• Master degree or above in Physics, Material Science, Engineering or related disciplines with 1 years working experience; Bachelor degree with 3 years related experience.
• Physical vapor deposition (PVD) knowleadge prefered.
• Good spoken and written in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to communicate at all level of an organization with excellent record keeping and report writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
