A. Primary purpose of role:
Continuously keep Costa store in a sound conditions in terms of equipment and decoration in order to make a comfortable and welcoming environment for customers. Always being the first contact person to handle both emergent and daily problems/defects from stores. Well manage the vendor including the selection, communication and year-end performance appraisal. Make the proactive and reactive maintenance plan to alleviate the loss and affects by the break-down of critical equipment.
B. Key Accountabilities:
1. Store defects and problems handling
2. Store proactive maintenance planning and budgeting
3. Store R&M cost saving
4. Small re-image/improvement work
5. Store closure and assets management
6. Equipment delivery and installation for new product launch
7. Vendor management
C. Key Performance Measures/Success Factors:
a) Commitment rate of problem solving according to SLA
b) Number of black-out of critical equipment (i.e. Coffee machine and cake fridge).
c) Annual R&M cost saving
d) Complete the re-image/improvement work in time and within budget
e) Timely complete the assets transfer and write-off
1. Solid knowledge of electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, joinery, weak current system and structure.
2. Good communication skills with internal team and outsourced R&M service supplier.
3. Good planning skills and time management skills.
4. 5-8 years working experiences on facility/equipment management in retail industry, F&B is preferred.
5. Basic PC skills
