• Responsible for special use cosmetic product registration with National Medical Products Agency (NMPA) including license renewal and amendment application

• Responsible for notification of ordinary cosmetic products to Guangdong Medical Products Agency (GD MPA) including renewal

• Responsible for notification of imported cosmetic products through Pudong FTZ pilot program

• Facilitate regulatory compliance of products in term of formula & ingredient compliance, claims & labelling/packaging compliance

• Provide regulatory support to nutrition business

Key Requirements:

• Good understanding of China cosmetic regulations including new development and emerging trend.
• Strong technical background particularly in interpreting & meeting the technical documentation requirements for product registration/product notification.
• Experience in dealing with regulatory officers and government laboratory officers with good negotiation skill.
