About Human Pharmaceutical Business

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional training plan to support regional business strategy and enhance sales force effectiveness. Carry out high-quality training programs and monitor follow up activities to ensure skills internalization of sales force. Enhance regional training team’s capabilities to provide valuable support to the region.

• Develop and implement regional training plan to support regional business strategy
• Carry out high-quality training programs for given products and skills to sales force and monitor the follow up activities in the field
• Work in the field with PSRs and DSMs to improve training knowledge internalization and collect training needs for future training optimization
• Establish and maintain frequent communication mechanism with key stakeholders to share information timely (Sales management team, central training team, ADMs, local MSLs and HR, etc.)
• Enhance regional training team’s capabilities

Qualifications

• University or above
• Over 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
• At least 3 years’ experience in training or 5 years’ experience of sales management
• With facilitation, coaching, planning and organization skills
• Strong communication skill
