Regional Trainer - Beauty brand (travel retail)

My client, a beauty brand is looking for Regional Trainer for APAC region

Key responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs across the region
• Design, formulate and implement training plans to meet with the business strategies
• Provide classroom training and develop the frontline staff to ensure they are up to company standard

Requirements:

• Degree at least 5 years of experience in skincare/beauty training
• Retail skincare/beauty training & treatment experience is a MUST
• Detailed, proactive with good communications and influencing skills
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin/ other Asia lanaguage
• Frequent travel is required
