Regional Training Senior Manager/ Director - Beauty brand

My client, a beauty brand is looking for a senior training manager/ director for APAC region

Key responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs across the region
• Handling both retail & corporate training
• Design, formulate and implement training plans to meet with the business strategies
• Leading the APAC training team to drive the goal

Requirements:

• Degree at least 5 years of experience in skincare/beauty training
• Beauty experience is a MUST
• Detailed, proactive with good communications and influencing skills
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Able to travel
