岗位概要: Key Performance Area
负责训练中心的日常管理并制定每月区域培训计划并执行,提供各阶层营运人员应有的培训,以保持工作标准
Be responsible for the overall administrationof GZ Training Center, set up and implement regional training plan on monthly basis for each level of operation team to assure they can be trained to comply with the operation standard
追踪SMT计划,协调各级管理人才选拔活动,确保人才培养工作按计划进行
Follow up on SMT program and coordinate shop talent management initiatives and programs in order to meet the fast development needs
完成培训资料更新制作及发放管理工作,以保证店铺能及时获得相关标准和资讯
Manage developing/updating and distribution of operation manuals and training materials for shops to provide updated information to the front line timely
参与组织营运活动,以达到员工激励和团队建设的目的
Take part in the organization of annual operation events to motivate the team delivering expected performance by the company
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
与区域经理沟通并了解店铺实际训练需求,制定每月训练计划并确保计划的完成;执教相关管理课程;完成课程行政安排和课程报告,选拔和培养合格的营运管理人员组成讲师队伍
Communicate with regional manager on shop training needs, set up monthly training plan accordingly and implement the plan as scheduled; deliver management training courses, finish administration task and status reports, select and develop a qualified team of trainers
支持新城市新店的人员培训,确保店铺保持一致的营运操作标准
Provide training and support to the new shop and/or city to assure the consistency of operation standard
追踪SMT计划并按期举办考核评估活动;协调和组织区域各级管理人才选拔评选活动
Follow up on SMT program, organize the evaluation activities for SMT and designated shop managerial staff candidates
按需要配合完成营运标准手册修订,开发和更新训练教材
Work with team to update operation manuals, develop and revise related training materials
参与组织年度店经理年会,年度服务竞赛活动,等营运活动
Take part in the organization of Annual Shop Managers Meeting and service competition events,etc.
负责维护和管理区域学习管理系统(LMS),确保培训记录的完整和准确
Responsible for maintenance of Learning Management System to ensure a complete and correct regional database and training record.

大学本科
Bachelor degree
5年以上丰富的连锁餐饮企业训练管理经验/营运管理专业技能和授课技能
Over 5 year managerial experience in training with food service business/facilitating skills or knowledge of operation management
具备开发,修改,更新培训教材的技能
Solid experience in developing, revising and updating training materials
英语读写优秀
Good command of English skills both in reading and writing
电脑技巧熟练
Perfect PC skills
