Regional Sales / Business Development/Merchandising manager- kitchenware

Our client, a fast growing kitchenware brand who is looking for a sales manager for the expansion in APAC

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implements strategic sales plans across the APAC region
• Identify and assess new market opportunities in APAC region and work closely with customers on penetration of the company product portfolio and secure new business for the company
• Develop, maintain and improve business relations with all customers
• Gain understanding of customer base, competition, pricing and other market variables to drive the business performance
• Direct sales forecasting activities ,set performance goals and achieve sales plan
• Frequently travel is required

Qualifications:

• Degree holder plus fluent English, Cantonese/Mandarin.
• At least 5 year working experience in manage APAC/Europe/ USA region is preferred
• Kictchenware/cookware experience is a MUST
• Prefer has experience dealing with importer/exporter
• Experience in developed new market or channels is highly preferred
• Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
