Job Description
Responsibilities
工作职责:
- Achieve sales target set by the management
- Provide necessary supports to other departments;
- Develop new customers or potentials on Energy, and maintain the business relations with the existing customers.
- Manage the distributors/partners to follow our policy on project protection/authorization.
- Implement sales strategy within the assigned territory;
- Responsible for carrying out sales forecast to determine company financial objectives and target market for a product/service;
- Carry out research to identify new sales opportunities;
- Visit existing and potential clients to offer products/services as well as elaborate on product features and its ability to meet client requirements;
- Strive to build and maintain good working relationship with current and potential clients in order to create an atmosphere that fosters sales;
- Contact customers via calls, emails, and arranged meetings to secure sales contracts;
- Attend the bi-weekly call conference together with his/her line manager, to review the forecast, projects, and other sales issues;
- Attend and support conference calls/meetings during which sales activities are discussed and appropriate decisions are taken;
- Ensure payment on time from Customer to company (no account receivables or debt); otherwise in charge of setting up a payment plan with Customer and monitor payment date;
- Set up regular visits to the relevant Design Institutes and System Integrators and keep the good relations with key engineers
- Set up regular technical seminars, involving DCN PMM and CoC departments, with our Key Accounts.
- Fulfill other tasks arranged by senior managers
Qualifications
资格要求:
Critical Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in electrics or electronics 电力或电子专业,大学学士学位或者更高
Critical Skills:
- Skills in customer communications and presentations. 良好的客户沟通和演示技巧
- Basic English skills in reading and writing. 基本英文阅读和书写能力技能
Critical Experience:
- Over 5 years of Sales experiences, 超过5年的销售工作经验
- Rich experience in making and implementing sales strategy and sales plan;
- Experiences in lightning and surge protection are desired. 有防雷或者电涌保护经验者优先。
- Good teamwork spirits, 良好的团队协作精神
