Position: Regional Sales Manager 区域销售经理


Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Based in Shanghaiand other cities in sales areas. Willingness for domestic and international travel is required.


职位总结:致力于农业种植大棚类温室产品的全球贸易、国内销售及客户维护。

工作地点:上海以及各销售区域主要城市


Key Responsibilities:


  • To identify, build, and manage relationships with Haygrove Shanghai's potential key clients across China
  • To identify, build, and manage relationships with Haygrove Shanghai's potential key sales agents across China
  • Represent Haygrove Shanghai at key marketing events; trade shows, expos, and conferences
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials for Haygrove Shanghai's core product range
  • Provide feedback from key clients to Haygrove Shanghai team so we can develop new products to solve specific client challenges or address gaps in the market
  • Develop an understanding of Haygrove's domestic and international competitors in China, identifying key areas to attack their business.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Horticulture. Master's degree preferred but not essential;

2. Total minimum experience of 8 years, preferably all in agriculture industry, in municipal sector;

3. 5 years of experience in selling products and/or services to growing system projects in China;

4. Good contacts with key companies, consultants, government organizations, general contractors and decision makers of some agriculture projects in China;

5. Ability to understand technical issues related to growing system;

6. Excellent command over written and spoken English and Chinese;

7. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
