Job Description
General description:
This job position holder is responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales strategy for carton board merchant business in regional market, developing new profitable business and establishing effective sales channels, as well as achieve various business targets in his/her responsible area.
Major tasks and responsibilities (not including all):
1. Safety and Compliance.
2. Develop the sales strategy in the regional market and ensure the full implementation.
3. Define and agree sales targets for merchant business in responsible region and manage to achieve the targets.
4. Manage and optimize effective merchant channels, transform merchant to service provider to improve profit by covering local converters and brand owners for given territory.
5. Take ownership of all commercial activities for merchant business in responsible region including but not limited to quotation, order confirmation, account receivables & credit limit control.
6. Develop new profitable business and new business model along with sales transformation.
7. Manage regional key accounts and brand owners.
8. Geographical management and support for SE sale channel development for direct business and brand owner management.
9. Work out accurate sales forecast, identify, report and act upon deviations as they may occur.
10. Identify market needs and provide regular market and competitor analysis reports.
11. Maintain good customer relations and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
12. Conduct business activities in the most cost effective way.
13. Be proficient in utilizing the most updated IT systems and sales tools including CRM, VOICE, etc.
14. Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies, tactics to increase sales and market share in niche market , and improve margins.
15. Other work related tasks.
Job Requirements:
2. Proven track record and 5-8 years’ sales working experience in managing merchant business and strong ability to handle the business in complicated environment.
3. Proven track records and capabilities within sales, value creation sales, customer contacts.
4. Strong business acumen and good at new business development.
5. Passionate and willing to work under pressure.
6. Strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
7. Strong communication and networking skills.
8. Team player and high integrity.
9. Fluent Mandarin both in verbal and written; good command of English.
10.People management exposure is a plus.
11.Willing to travel.

- Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree and above
- Professional experience required:
