2. 独立完成项目的策划与推广,建立和维护良好的客户关系,完善客户管理体系和市场竞争体系.
Be able to plan, push and follow-up of project, build good relationship with customers. Build good customer management and competition system in area.
3. 掌握市场动态,及时向销售总监汇报行情。
Know the market condition and status, report in time.
4. 项目合同的策划与撰写,以及负责产品的检验、交付。
Follow the execution of project contract.
5. 评估、预测和控制销售成本,促使销售利润最大化。
6. Evaluate, forcast and control sales cost for more sales profit..
7. 积极与相关部门沟通协调,促使生产与销售过程最优化。
8. Communicate with other department actively and optical munifacture and sales process.
9. 根据企业整体销售计划与战略,制定分配任务的销售目标与策略。
Set up sales plan according to sales budget and strategy of company in area.
10. 向客户提供优质的服务,提高产品的附加价值
Provide good service and value-added sales work to customers.
11. 管理并指导下属;
Management and guidance of the subordinated employees / co-workers
12. 保证应收账款情况良好;
Keep AR in safe and good condition
13. 定期拜访客户

任职要求:
1. 优秀的领导,管理,适应协调能力;
Strong management abilities, excellent leadership, communication, moderation and coordination skills
2. 能与其它部门及目标客户合作良好;
Good cooperation with other departments and target customers
3. 工科,市场或销售管理专业大专或本科学历;
College or University degree in the field of engineering or marketing & sales management
4. 至少5年外商独资企业的相关工作经验;
At least 5 years similar experience in a wholly owned foreign enterprise
5. 优秀的表达及适应能力;
Excellent presentation and moderation skills
6. 精通普通话及英语(口语,书写);
Fluent in Mandarin and English communication (written & verbal)
7. 熟练使用计算机;
Good Command of Computer skills
