Job Description

Sales strategy:
  • Plans and implements a competitive sales strategy in order to achieve substantial and profitable growth of AS in China by exploiting growth potentials with existing customers and identifiying new and emerging opportunities
  • Develops Customer and product, and pricing strategy for local customers and actively contributes to development for global customers
  • Aligns strategies and customer interfaces with other Bosch divisions and CVO
  • Develops pre-selling and acquisition planning and management on regional level in alignment with CA/GCT's and BU's.
  • Works together with GCT, CA, BU in global GCT budget-planning & tracking.
Sales stragegy Implementation & target fulfillment:
  • Lead and guide the RCTs to meet the set targets on time so that the overall sales objectives can be achieved as scheduled.
  • Conduct regular meetings to make sure that all the concerns and issues are addressed and that everything in the pipeline is scheduled the way it is planned
  • Approves AS specific pre-selling activities aligned with GCTs/CA/CVO and acquisition strategy for specific OEM sourcing: uses acquisition tools (battle plan e.g. job stopper, wargaming, specific acquisition man-mapping) for relevant acquisitions
  • Development of performance criteria, focus on growth opportunities, maximizes the effectiveness by taking actions to achieve sales result.
  • Fulfill KPIs like: RCTs’ cost, manage Account receivable risk and control the sales budget.
  • Participation of marketing/promotion program’s development & implementation
  • Participate the annual marketing planning, growth ideas development & implement the programs in AS China
  • Prepare monthly reports and annual marketing budget by using forecasting and analytical skills through carefully studying the market trends.
  • Support man-mapping: Identification of key players, opinion leaders and decision makers at remaining customer levels in alignment with GCTs/CVO. Development and maintenance of high-level customer relationship for regional customers
Leadership:
  • Training and counseling new sales employees and regional resource balancing
  • Target supervisor to RCTs for non-top OEM, tier, and special customers in; conducts goal/target agreement and performance review (together with GCT if applicable)
  • Regional sales function SCP
  • Supports sales excellence topics and their regional implementation. Develops and coaches the RCTs in functional excellence by providing professional guidance, challenging programs & improvement measures.
