Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Researching consumer demand insights, competitor dynamics and industry trends for online home furniture products in North America, helping the headquarter product, marketing, and sales teams to calibrate business strategies and improve product competitiveness.
Relying on the understanding of local partner channels and consumer life scenarios, media habits, integrated marketing projects to improve brand awareness in the local and support business development.
Operate social media national accounts and reach effective cooperation with local KOL netizens to form brand influence on social media and support the acquisition of new users.
Operate and maintain the marketing and public relations for the company.
Gradually set up a more complete function of the country end marketing team.
Manage and supervise the Marketing Department
Manage online branding and communication efforts through the company’s website, mobile, and email marketing campaigns
Competency requirements
Majoring in marketing, insight research, brand communication and with 8 yrs.+ of relevant work experience.
Good communicator, result-oriented and self-driven
Able to work independently on diverse tasks, but also have an excellent sense of teamwork, empowering and cooperating with various business teams in China to achieve their goals.
Experience with AWS, and Google Analytics
Able to be always hands-on while driving marketing campaigns
Able to commute and work in office environment
Mandarin speaking is a plus
