The position is to deploy HSE systems and build capabilities into HD kitchens, HD shops in Asia as per requirements by global HSE system and Zero Loss culture strategy. This role is also responsible for driving initiatives to cultivate and promote safety culture across responsible locations.

Key Job Responsibility

• Responsible for deploying HSE management system to innovation center, Ice cream manufacturing sites, and HD shops by implementing global HSE system and Zero Loss Culture strategy.
• Collect Regional HSE performance data, prepare regular HSE metrics dashboard and analyze data for insight into HSE management direction.
• Assist regional HSE manager on HSE related projects follow up, coordination.
• Follow up actions from audits, incidents etc.
• Translate global HSE standards, assist to do training on policies, processes, procedures to sites relative professionals and assist on training preparation works
• HSES system data tracking/analysis (sustainability/incident, SO, working hours)
• Other works assigned

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree, major in Safety engineering, Environmental science, Administrative management is preferred
• 8+ Years’ experience in HSE field with good expertise. Familiar with site HSE management.
• Strong leadership and personal influence to drive safety culture in organization.
• Strong ownership and self-motivated to drive performance excellence.
• Strong coaching skill to build HSE capabilities into responsible locations
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong coordination capability
