Job Description

職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

Work Location: Taipei

Responsibility:
Partner with Country leaders as a trusted partner for all HR related matters.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build
morale, and increase productivity and retention.

需求條件 / Key Requirements

Requirement
  • At least 3 years of experience in a HR business partner role and ability to handle recruitment work for the region.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to quick changing priorities
  • A team player, who can support and back up with good judgment
  • Good Analytical and presentation skills. Strong Excel & PPT skills preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as and when required.
  • Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience.
  • Oversea or reginal working experience is preferred.
