1.Operations accounting, financial planning, reporting and ensuring strong internal controls.
2.Risk assessment and management
3.Manufacturing inventory control, major construction projects budgeting control & liability.
4.Ensure reliable & accurate financial data in assisting the decision making of JV senior management team.
5.Provide necessary internal financial/management reports to facilitate CCS China team to effectively manage all businesses
6.Lead finance team to establish and maintain internal financial and administrative control policies & procedures, and monitor implementation of key policies
7.Manage Cash flow to ensure CCS China business turnover is at lowest finance cost.
8.Support GMs and top management in setting and implementing strategy and long term plans.
9.Drive all key financial and planning processes to include Deep Dive, Green Book & Black Book
10.Ensure all company's finance activities are in line with national and local tax laws and regulations, other economic related regulations.
11.Supporting legal specialist to ensure company's contract management effectiveness.
12.Ensure all external reporting needs are met. ( Governmental authorities and JV shareholders) on a timely basis.
13.Managing and directing finance team to be a strong business partner to company's business.
14.Develop finance personnel and ensure strong succession plans are in place for all entity finance organizations

职位要求
Bachelor's degree or above, managerial/economic or related major.

CPA or equivalent (MBA with related financial/accounting experience acceptable)

Minimum 8 years' related working experience in JV or wholly owned foreign investment enterprise

Minimum 5 years' experience as Finance Manager

Broad and deep finance related knowledge.

Familiar with national and local tax regulations, and economic related laws.

Working knowledge of PRC & US GAAP

Strategic thinker with solid business sense and strong analytical skills.

Strong leadership and management skills.

ERP system finance model experience is preferred, good PC skill.

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skill, strong teamwork spirit.

Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure.

Good command of English in writing and speaking
