Regional Director ( Travel Retail & Distribution)- FMCG

Our client is a FMCG brand, they are looking for Regional Director for their expansion in Asia.


Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for APAC region both Travel Retail & Distributrion business
• Formulate , develop and implement sales plan across the region
• Review and analyze the sales and inventory level on a regular basis to maximize the sales potential
• Decide assortment for each door based on profitability
• Regular market visit and work closely with partners to maintain relationship

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 10 years of experience in FMCG
• Travel retail & APAC experience is a MUST
• Prefer with distributor management and strong connection in Asia
• detailed, self-motivated, creative
• Able to travel
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese
