職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
工作內容
管理責任：管理9-12人
- Manage a Regional Office with population over 150, including Sales, FAE & Administration (HR, IT, Customs(關務), Purchasing, Inventory & General Services)
- Formulate & execute business strategies to achieve annual BSC (Balanced ScoreCard) goals, incl. P&L, Revenue, Gross Margin, Key A/C, New A/C, AR,… etc, of the Regional Office.
- Co-work with the other Regional Business Managers in market development.
- Develop staff to enhance competencies & build bench depth of the talent pool.
- Motivate staff to maintain a high morale team.
