Regional Artistry/ Makeup Training Manager - Beauty Brands

My client, a beauty brand is looking for a Regional Artistry/ Makeup Training Manager for the APAC region

Key responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs across APAC
• Design, formulate and implement training plans to meet with the business strategies
• Provide field coaching, classroom training and develop the frontline staff to ensure they are up to company standard
• Design makeup trend and provide makeup idea to the press

Requirements:

• Degree at least 7 years of experience in makeup
• Prefer have makeup training / artistry experience
• Detailed, proactive with good communications and influencing skills
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese/other Asia language
• Able to travel
