JOB TITLE Regional Admissions Manager China Bilingual Schools
JOB PURPOSE Under leadership from the Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing China Bilingual Schools, the Regional Admissions Manager China Bilingual Schools, will be responsible for ensuring best in class admissions practice and process across the China Bilingual Schools.

The role will be responsible for initiating the Admissions Process at the new China Bilingual Schools across the region and will be expected to second to these schools for short periods in order to manage and set up the admissions processes. The role will be involved in the recruitment, on-boarding and training of new admissions teams across China ensuring best in class admissions process as well as use of CRM system. The role will oversee all admissions teams across China and will works with the teams in order to achieve student enrolment FTE targets for both new schools and existing China Bilingual Schools.

The role will work closely with the Regional Digital Marketing and Communications Manager and the Regional Marketing and Communications Manager. Based out of the China Bilingual Schools Bilingual Office in Shanghai.

KEY RESULT AREA

Admissions
? Develop and document full Admissions process by school (which will be specific to province) for all China Bilingual Schools
? Set Admissions requirements for admissions for each school. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring all processes and requirements are communicated to all teams
? Develop all Admissions materials required for both new schools and existing schools both online and offline including enquiry responses, acceptance packages, re-enrolment etc.
? Deliver a first class, individualised admissions process from enquiry to on-boarding including the admissions tours, applications and welcoming activities.
? Ensure the admissions processes are intuitive and seamless for the prospective families and students.
? Ensure appointments and entrance exam times are set up with the relevant Stage Leader.
? Follow up with offer of places and to be the first point of contact, providing support to new families.
? Ensure all members of the School community understand and fulfil their admissions responsibilities.
? Ensure the admissions team understands their responsibilities.
Strategic / Planning
? Assist with the development and evaluation of admissions strategies for the school to deliver business goals and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.
? Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the action plans to deliver the admissions strategies.
? Work with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of the admissions strategy consistently throughout the School.
? Set up CRM systems for schools for Admissions, train and monitor use of system and quality of data entry. Keep oversight of all Admissions reporting in enquiries, visits and enrolments and evaluate ROI and conversion.
? Prepare timely reports including both statistics and narrative on admissions activities
? Work with teams to conduct regular customer market research to understand perceptions of the offer by parents and students, as well as third party influencers (companies, kindergartens and feeder schools).
Customer Service
? Work in partnership with the DAM to implement Nord Anglia Education’s customer service standards that deliver an exceptional user experience
? Ensure families receive professional support, guidance and expert advice across the full admissions process

Qualifications/Training
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, or Sales related field.
Experience / Knowledge
? 7+ years’ work experience in an Admissions environment or a Customer Service related role
? Experience of having managed a team in a sales environment and providing customer service and sales training.
? Experience of having worked remotely and independently for periods of time as well as having managed remote teams.
? Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector and experience of event management (in the service sector or education field a bonus)
? Fluency in Chinese and English with excellent writing and presentation skills in Mandarin Chinese
? Experience of working with Management Information Systems and integration with the sales life cycle
? Knowledge of MS-Office tools and strong digital background in social media
