As a Regional Sales Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining existing customers, developing or assisting partners to develop new customers, especially new customer development in HAVC applications, in Motion Business Area in Wuhan, China.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will develop new channel partners and servo system integrators.
Your responsibilities
- Being responsible for the tracking and breakthrough of OEM, SI and EPC in the I&T industry in Hubei
- Being responsible for the sales of industrial control products (Drive, Servo, PLC etc.) and completing the sales CSIP set by the regional sales manager
- Maintaining existing customers, developing or assisting partners to develop new customers, especially new customer development in HAVC applications
- Developing new channel partners and servo system integrators
- Collecting and giving feedback information on the industrial control market in the region, setting up appropriate sales plans, focus on customer development in the I&T industry, and sales of ABB products in the I&T industry
- Cooperating with I&T industry managers and product managers to do the promotion activities of ABB transmission brands in the region and improve the brands' influence in the industry
Your background
- 5 years of sales experience in sales in I&T industry, mechanical, electrical or automation related fields
- Good customer management and time management skills experienced in servo customer development
- Relevant management experience in channel management, coordination and development, and can find channel resources for expanding new customers in the region
- Undergraduate in mechanical, electrical, automation and other related majors.
- Adapting to going on a business trip, hardworking, enduring pressure, and having a creative spirit
- Familiar with office software, good communication and problem solving
- Fluent in Chinese expression, with certain English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
