As a Region Sales Engineer, ABB Drives is a pioneering technology leader, providing products and solutions to help our customers maximize productivity, safety and energy efficiency, with a focus on reducing impact on the environment.

You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in Drive Products Product Group/ Drives Business Line/ Motion Business in Luoyang/China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.

Your responsibilities

  • ABB drive products sold in LuoYang area of HeNan province, to achieve the Order growth 8MRMB in this area for ABB drive products within 18 months.
  • Focus on the development of new customers and application, esp.in OEM business, make reasonable schedule and plan of customer visiting for sales business.
  • Develop and maintain the local channel network, strengthen the area coverage of business, focus on the development of poor area, support partners to develop their business. Improve and maintain the relationship with existing and potential customers, provide timely solutions for customers about their need and what they concern.
  • Technical support and product training to partners and customers.
  • Be willing charged with extra jobs. Marketing study, to make comprehensive grasp of the local drives products market; timely feedback development plan and competitors and market changes to the company.
  • Follow up the industry trends, identify the industry needs, technology and various applications. Complete other tasks assigned by your superior, help collecting product information and promote product improvement and perfection.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, background of technology, Graduated Electrical engineering, Automation.
  • 3-4 years of experience in project design, application, commissioning experience use motion products and with technical and sales experience in OEM business.
  • 2-3 years of experience of Motion products sales.
  • Proficient with MS office, AutoCAD and PLC programing.
  • Be active, bear with high pressure, Good communication skills, study abilities and team working.
  • Fluent in English (CET-4 or above).
