• Responsible for talent acquisition, including but not limited to hiring requirement communication, talent sourcing, selection and offering
• Manage and maintain recruitment system and channels
• Handle HR operational jobs: regular and tailor-made reporting, employee on boarding/exiting/transaction process, etc.
• Other administrative tasks assigned by leaders.

• Bachelor's degree, major in Human Resource or Business Administration is preferred
• 5 years talent acquisition experience
• Work experience in Event/Digital/PR/Sports agency is preferred
• Familiar with recruitment systems
• Strong data analysis skills, be good at Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and open minded
• Good communication skills and professional skill in English writing and reading.
