Job Description
Due to AGS' partnership with Boston Consulting Group, we have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Acquisition profession, to source within the Management Consulting space.
Reporting to a global leader, you will be responsible for driving best practices and strive to be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Support recruiters in all areas of the candidate search assignment
- Conduct an active search and headhunting candidates (uncover great talent!)
- Candidate initial screening and interviewing
- Targeting, attracting, and assessing candidates’ profiles
- Target-list development and market mapping
- To build up, enrich and update the talents data banks
- Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions
- To support consultant in completing the whole recruitment project
- Database maintenance
- Other assignments and tasks as required by the consultants and the company.
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least one to two years of sourcing (recruiting) experience. This means sourcing candidates, interviewing them, and placing them into an open requisition
- Need to have a great, can-do attitude, high energy & positive demeanor
- Experience in recruiting for management consulting candidates ideal, but not required
- Experience in researching candidate market, and mapping is a bonus
- Open to in-house, RPO, or recruitment agency (head hunter)
