Externally: Group HR, Universities, Recruitment Agencies.
Profile:
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR degree.
- Fluency in English and Chinese
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in Interviewing and Questioning skills or Recruitment.
- Master/Specialization in Human Resources.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Use the recruitment portal job postings and manage the recruitment process.
Follows up on recruitment activities such as advertising vacancies on newspapers, on-line recruiting channels via agencies, etc.
Searches, screens and identifies candidates to fill open positions.
Briefly interviews candidates, administers tests, provide evaluation scores for each candidate and work out a dossier.
Identifies competencies and short lists CV’s in line with the job requirements.
Submits a shortlist of candidates to the Hiring Manager continues with the recruitment process and onboard.
Maintains a database and keeps contact with recruiting agencies.
Ensures that right methodology is applied in accordance with procedures and Company Quality Management System.
Issues specific reports related to enquiries and statistics.
Give support to HR Manager with the preparation of a hiring plan.
