Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Recruit quality employees by conducting various stages of selections
2. screening the applications , scoring tests , conducting interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to the line managers in compliance with Corporate policies & procedures:
- Research and develop new recruiting channels within budget
- Communication with line managers to update recruiting requirements
- Develop a pool of potential candidates , balancing both quality and quantity
3. Establish and maintain contacts with sources of employment such as headhunting , talent market and related internet recruiting companies
4. Analyze staffing , turnover and other personnel statistics, and prepare reports in conformance with Company needs.
5. Target HC setting by quarterly & yearly.
6. Interview and confirm offer with Department Head to candidates applying for post below Supervisor or Officer .
7. Campus recruitment project.
8. Submitted other works arranged by line manager
Qualifications:
1. Graduate from college or above, CET-6 or above
2. At least 3 years Retail Recruitment experience.
3. Initiating action, taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; being proactive.
4. People orientated with good communication skill.
5. Be good at time management, well managing one’s time according to the recruitment timetable, ensure work completed efficiently.
6. Good team player, developing and using collaborative relationships to accomplish team goals.
