Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with assigned business units in Audi China in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, and key business drivers.
  • Select and manage proper and efficient recruitment channels to post Job description
  • Responsible for the recruitment activities in assigned business units.
  • Verify recruitment expectation of hiring manager and develop most effective recruiting strategies
  • Drive the end to end recruitment process and responsible for quality of the prospective candidates
  • Conduct interview, facilitate the interview panel discussion and provide valuable advice to hiring managers to ensure the hiring quality
  • Build up and maintain talent pool
  • Headhunter performance review

Qualifications:

Education Background:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related area

Professional Skills:

  • 3-5 years’ recruiting experience in multinational company / environment
  • Familiar with recruiting channels and recruiting process
  • Good knowledge in China labor law and HR regulation & procedures is desirable
  • Headhunter experience would be preferred
  • Working experience on HR system is a desirable
  • Good computer skills especially at excel, PPT, etc

Competence Requirements:

  • Self-initiative and team work
  • Strong ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure independently
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Performance oriented

Language Skills:

  • Chinese: mother tongue
  • English: advanced (speaking, reading, writing)
  • German would be a plus
