• Candidates must have passed in HKDSC/HKCEE or equivalent. 
• Must be 18 years or older. 
• Must have HKID. 
• Must be fluent in English or Chinese. 
• Must conduct interviews. 
• Must be able to recruit members, trainers and agents.
