Responsibilities:
Be consultant to internal business managers in people resources forecast, positioning and recruiting plan on a daily basis
Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, provide strong and efficient support to all function business recruiting needs;
Manage and supervise recruiting operation at all levels positions (except VP above) to ensure effectiveness in selections and hiring;
Handle recruiting vendor management including searching agency and external career portals, keep a balance between the efficiency and cost
Apply and optimize recruiting process and IT systems consistently according to business needs
Lead/involve in campus recruiting event; responsible for organizing the campus talk as well as the editing of promotion news
Actively involve in a series of recruiting related projects and research
Coach the recruiting assistant /intern on daily demand
Requirement
Bachelor degree, major in HR, English, Automotive related;
Experience in both agency and in-house HR; industry background also required
Solid direct sourcing skill; Expertise in candidate sourcing, including internet and off line database searches
Networking skills / Social Networking knowledge
Demonstrable Client Management skills
Delivery of large volume of requirements 30+ and prioritize work accordingly
Business standard English
